Spring Bi-Annual Book Sale
Friends of Dominy Library Co-Chairs, Mary Morris and Shirley Meenen, and members of Friends have re-stocked the shelves with a great variety of categories covering current fiction, religious, children's, mysteries, cookbooks, coffee table books, gardening, non-fiction, magazines, biographies, DVD's, and VHS tapes. Shopping hours are conveniently scheduled for Thurs. April 24: 9am-6pm; Fri. April 25: 9am-5pm & Sat. April 26: 9am-12 noon. While you are taking in the all town garage sale, stop in for some great spring & summer reading material.

WINGED LIFE AND LANGUAGE OF FLOWERS - The public is invited, all ages are welcome! Come hike the woods with Scott Saffer, Naturalist/Educator. Scott will be leading the bird watching (sometimes there are 70 species of birds on a given day!) Sara Hostetter, Steward, will be leading the wild flower hike as a scavenger hunt based on 'the language' of flowers. Closed shoes, long pants suggested.

A Visit with Corrie
Gayle Haas, from Aurora, IL will portray Corrie ten Boom with " A Visit with Corrie." Corrie was a Holocaust survivor who worked with the Dutch underground to provide refuge for Jews in Holland during the Nazi occupation. The event is free and open to the public. (Google Gayle Haas if you need more information about her presentation.)
